We have our offices in Cairo and Alexandria; also operational representatives in all Egyptian ports with strong marketing staff who maintain good and close relations with local authorities and markets.

The Company was founded in 1990 by the late Admiral Ali Gad, formerly Commander in Chief of the Egyptian Navy and subsequently held Chairman of the Pan Arab Shipping Co. (an organization of the Arab League), and now is presided a Masters degree in Operations Research and a Ph. D degree in industrial Engineering.

USA, one of the leading American Shipping Companies and the world\\\'s largest LASH operator, which covers Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Arab Gulf Area. In Egypt, KONOUZ CO. also covers Marketing and Sales for Waterman, which is a complimentary service in facilitating and solving problems through the company\'s good relations with the local and maritime authorities.
KONOUZ CO. represents major flour suppliers in Europe, handling their owned or chartered vessels, calling Egyptian ports. In this respect we may mention that KONOUZ CO. handled over 80vessels carrying a total of 1,500,00.00 metric tons of wheat flour for Alexandria, providing remarkable quick dispatch.
